1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your shipment under the following scenarios:
- Size discrepancy or fitting concerns for stitched items.
- Product received is damaged, defective, or contains manufacturing faults.
- Incorrect product design or shade delivered by mistake.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a smooth exchange, please ensure:
- The item is completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfumes or marks.
- Original brand tags, safety seals, and protective packaging are intact.
- Custom-tailored blouse stitchings or customized orders are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or call at +880 1711-234567 with your Order Number (e.g. SB-XXXX).
Step 2: Send pictures of the product and packaging.
Step 3: Our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your address and exchange it with your requested size or design within 3-5 business days.
